The "Altar of Witness" story in Joshua 22 isn't just ancient history – it's a mirror reflecting the challenges we face today. Too often, we see a post, hear a sermon, or read an article from fellow Christians and immediately jump to negative conclusions.

In this lesson we worked through this pivotal passage, revealing how the tribes of Israel teetered on the edge of civil war due to misinterpretations. We discovered practical, biblical principles for:

- Resisting the urge to act on hearsay.

- Avoiding the trap of assuming the worst.

- Responding with grace instead of anger when misunderstood.

- The power of clear and heartfelt communication in preserving unity.

This was a vital lesson for fostering a healthy and unified church and fellowship.
